What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Bartender position at Rainbow Trout Ranch?
Rockbridge Rainbow Trout & Game Ranch is seeking a highly motivated, upbeat individual to bar-tend at our Grist Mill! Position is part-time but for the right person, more hours may be available in our dining room or lounge area. Candidates should have bar-tending experience, excellent customer service and must be over 21. Please contact us for more information.
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
- Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
- Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
- Other duties as requested
