OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction with an emphasis on Intimate apparel and be proficient in operating sewing machines.

This role is essential for ensuring the quality and precision of our fabrications, contributing to the overall success of our production process. If you have a passion for sewing and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

DUTIES:

• Operate sewing machines to fabricate garments and other textile products according to specifications.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the Sample room environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines.
• Ability to work effectively in a sample room setting with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a teamoriented attitude.
• A willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills as needed.
