What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Raine Inc.?
Raine Tactical Gear is a manufacturer of nylon gear for the US military and law enforcement. We are looking for a warehouse associate that can help us at our fulfillment warehouse in Anderson, IN, This employee must be able to assist in all duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders. We will also need help with product inspection and packaging.
The ability to operate a fork truck is a requirement. The ideal candidate would have experience with fork trucks so that training would be straight forward.
Cross training in shipping and data entry is required. As a small business we need our employees to be adaptable to help us in every area each day.
Warehouse Associate requirements:
- Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs frequently throughout a shift and occasionally up to 60lbs
- Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training
- MUST be able to use and operate a fork truck
- Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
- Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets and other product documentation
- Able to accurately use basic math skills
- Able to operate all power equipment, warehouse technology, and others systems safely
- Able to inspect and count products into inventory
- Able to help with simple maintenance on the property
- Able to package products for sale
- Must be able to cross train in shipping and data entry as needed. Raine is a small business that requires its employees to be adaptable to daily tasks.
