We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence across multiple social media platforms, engaging with our online community, and producing compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage our existing Facebook group, fostering a positive and engaging community environment.
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create informative and entertaining YouTube content that aligns with our brand message and goals.
- Plan and conduct monthly training sessions or webinars to educate our audience on relevant topics.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating multimedia content.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software.
