Job Summary:
The General Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to support the operations of the company. This role involves physical labor, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials and products as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisor to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations of plant.
- Equipment Operation: Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively, if trained.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Block Manufacturing preferred.
- Forklift experience a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes; ability to operate hand and power tools; strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
Work Environment:
