What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Drafter position at Rainey Design Group?

Rainey Design Group is an award-winning, full-service architectural design and engineering firm. We specialize in custom homes and subdivision development as well as additions and remodels. We provide services to some of the largest builders in the region.
Because we are a small firm, you will work and collaborate on multiple jobs concurrently, performing a variety of tasks. We offer ample opportunity for growth and development.
Looking to add 1-2 people to our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of architectural experience in a professional office focused on residential architecture.
· Experience in producing construction documents and a good grasp of the current IRC.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Archicad or Revit and experience in design, documentation and/or presentation experience.
· Additional abilities in Sketchup, Enscape, Twin Motion, Lumion or other rendering software is a plus.
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Positivity, motivation, problem-solving and a sense of humor
