What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman 42.50/Hour position at Rainey Property Management?
Rainey Property Management has over 1,000 properties managed throughout Central Arkansas. We have handymen who maintain the properties based on what the owner wants done. You will be paid $42.50/hour while actually working on those jobs. You will also be paid 54 cents per mile for using your truck. You need to provide your own tools and you set your own hours and work as many hours as you want. We would prefer someone work at least 20 hours, Mon-Wed. You are an employee with payroll taxes being deducted but you do not get any vacation, holiday or sick pay. This system has worked well for our handymen for many years and it pays you very well. It is like you are self-employed but we have all the customers and do all the business side of being a handyman. You are free to just work as a handyman. If you have any special licenses like HVAC, plumbing or electrical then there is even more opportunity.
