POSITION SUMMARY
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in bringing new residents to our community. You'll manage the leasing process from start to finish and work directly with potential residents to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. If you"re a strong communicator with a passion for customer service, this role is perfect for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist prospective residents.
- Show apartments and properties, explaining the leasing process.
- Process applications and manage lease documentation.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate move-in logistics and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues when necessary.
