Benefits and Pay : Salary : $75,000
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.

Property Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager with a strong background in managing affordable housing communities. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs (such as HUD, LIHTC, Section 8), maintaining high occupancy, and fostering a positive living environment for residents. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of affordable housing regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Property Management :
Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
Affordable Housing Compliance :
Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines, including HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and other applicable programs.
Financial Management :
Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Resident Relations :
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Team Leadership :
Supervise and mentor on-site staff, including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff.
Qualifications : Experience :
3 years of experience in property management, preferably with affordable housing (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8).
Education :
Bachelor"s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Skills :
Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and compliance.
