Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.

About the Role :
Rainey Property Management is seeking a Relocation Coordinator to manage resident relocations during a multi-family property renovation.
This full-time, on-site role involves working closely with residents, contractors, and property management to ensure smooth, stress-free transitions.
Weekly calls with residents are required to provide updates and address any concerns throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate resident moves during an interior / exterior property renovation.
- Conduct weekly calls with residents to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Conduct weekly renovation calls with various team members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, answering questions and offering support.
- Assist residents with packing and logistics to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with management, contractors, and ownership to keep everyone informed of schedules and progress.
- Ensure that residents experience minimal disruption and receive excellent customer service throughout the process.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in multi-family property management or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, solve problems, and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to be on-site as needed.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
