Job Description:
As a Restoration Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the restoration process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, insurance companies, contractors, and other team members to ensure the restoration project runs smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and deliver excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for inspections, assessments, and restoration work.
- Work closely with insurance adjusters and provide necessary documentation for claims processing.
- Monitor the progress of restoration projects and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory of restoration equipment and supplies.
- Provide updates to clients and address concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all restoration jobs and documentation for reporting and billing purposes.
- Support the team with any administrative tasks as needed.
Required Restoration Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, mold, or storm damage).
- Experience coordinating the restoration of residential and commercial properties.
- Familiarity with restoration techniques, equipment, and materials used in water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and other emergency services.
- Experience with estimating and cost calculation for restoration projects.
- Proven ability to handle restoration claims, including the management of insurance documentation and client communication.
- Knowledge of industry-standard restoration procedures and safety protocols.
- Experience with Xactimate, JobNimbus, and Encircle software for estimating, job management, and documentation.
- Experience managing timelines and resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Ability to oversee subcontractors and other team members to ensure quality work and adherence to standards.
Additional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
