The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, training staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including 401K after one year, health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, company-paid life insurance, and a week of paid vacation after one year. As a member of our team, you can expect to work a standard five-day week, normally returning home by 8 pm, with some flexibility to accommodate weekends.
