Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of one of our facilities. As a Site Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient operations
- Supervising employees, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, tracking performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in management or supervisory positions, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge, a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and general computer skills
