At Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change, we are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Site Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one of our locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous management experience to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and growing company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, including experience in hiring employees and handling cash transactions. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft tools and general computer skills is essential for this role. Basic electrical or mechanical experience is also a plus.
In this role, you can expect to work a five-day week with normal working hours, typically finishing by 8 pm. You will be eligible for salary increases and bonus pay as you progress in your training. Our company offers a fun and friendly environment, making it an excellent place to work.
