Large Format Print Operator - Swing Shift

Rainier Industries is a local manufacturing organization with a long, established history. We are looking for a Print Operator to join our team. Print Operators operate large format digital printers (i.e., flatbed and roll printers) and are responsible for the set-up of jobs and pre-production print check to ensure proper machine set-up, ink viscosity, color, and print quality.   In this role you will be expected to adapt to varying project scopes, volumes and difficulties. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume production environment.  This role requires completion of an initial training period (about two-four weeks) on the day shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). Once training is successfully completed, you will transition to the second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM).    You will be successful in this role if you have: Experience in manufacturing and/or large format digital printing. Mechanical Aptitude and ability analyze and troubleshoot. Computer literacy and be comfortable using a variety of software, including the ability to navigate digital tools, manage files, and communicate via email and other platforms. Strong attention to detail with focus on quality & able to distinguish colors. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team to meet production schedules. Communicate and understand directions both verbally and written in English. Confident mathematic skills and measurements.   This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. The pay range is $20.10 - $31.50 per hour depending on experience and skill level.
