Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence company who is seeking multiple Enterprise Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to convert enterprise prospects (6k employees, primarily within Fortune 1000 companies) actively engaged in trials or requesting sales demos. While much of your pipeline will come from inbound leads, you’ll also be tasked with generating new opportunities within target accounts that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).

A positive attitude, natural curiosity, and the ability to cultivate advocates among early adopters in the AI space will play a key role in shaping the team and broader company culture. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.

Compensation :   $140,000 to $160,000 base salary plus another $140,000-$160,000 in commission potential (OTE $280-320k) plus equity (offers are negotiable)

Location :  Hybrid work-from-home and onsite office visits. Candidates must live within 1 hour of company hub offices in downtown San Francisco, Chicago, or New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of user needs and motivations for exploring the platform.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding users in configuring the platform to maximize value, including hands-on support when necessary.
  • Build expertise across various use cases where the platform can drive meaningful business transformation across industries.
  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Create opportunities within target accounts through value-driven outreach strategies.
  • Lead prospects through trial phases by setting clear success criteria, engaging key stakeholders early, and building alignment toward purchase decisions.
  • Gather and share product feedback to support scalable and innovative strategies for user education and engagement.
  • Assist champions in navigating internal processes, including budgeting, legal, security, and procurement, to secure approval and commitment.
  • About You

  • 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role focused on enterprise-level clients (6k employees), with bonus points for experience selling to Fortune 1000 marketing, brand, or product leadership.
  • Consistently demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Skilled in helping prospects develop business cases and secure buy-in from executive sponsors.
  • Proficient in value-based selling with a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities.
  • Familiar with navigating legal, security, and procurement workflows to close deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at structuring a repeatable, efficient sales process.
  • Comfortable asking challenging questions, collaborating across departments, and performing under pressure.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to thorough documentation.
  • Experience with editorial processes is a plus—if you’ve edited a school newspaper or majored in English Literature, we’d love to hear from you!
