Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence company who is seeking multiple Enterprise Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to convert enterprise prospects (6k employees, primarily within Fortune 1000 companies) actively engaged in trials or requesting sales demos. While much of your pipeline will come from inbound leads, you’ll also be tasked with generating new opportunities within target accounts that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
A positive attitude, natural curiosity, and the ability to cultivate advocates among early adopters in the AI space will play a key role in shaping the team and broader company culture. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.

Compensation : $140,000 to $160,000 base salary plus another $140,000-$160,000 in commission potential (OTE $280-320k) plus equity (offers are negotiable)
Location : Hybrid work-from-home and onsite office visits. Candidates must live within 1 hour of company hub offices in downtown San Francisco, Chicago, or New York City.
