Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a $300m global manufacturer of apparel who is investing significantly into their North America Sales & Marketing efforts. The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance partnerships with retail stores and online distributors while driving business growth. Working closely with the sales team, this role will create impactful content, manage joint marketing campaigns, and develop initiatives that support brand awareness and sales efforts across North America. Compensation :   $90,000-120,000 base salary plus inherited bonuses and commission from your territory. Average annual bonuses will total $10,000-20,000.

Location :  100% remote. Preference given to candidates who live and work in the Eastern time zone (EST).

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy Development :

  • Assist in creating and executing B2B marketing strategies that support growth and market expansion goals.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with retailers and distributors to drive business success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure marketing efforts remain competitive.
  • Retail & Distributor Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with retail and distributor teams.
  • Provide training and marketing support, including product knowledge and campaign guidance, to retail and distributor partners.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of partner activities, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Content Creation & Brand Management :

  • Develop engaging marketing materials such as product guides, promotional content, case studies, and B2B-focused social media assets.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce digital content, including product videos and email campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Manage brand identity, tone, and messaging across North American marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Coordination & Execution :

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, and design) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting :

  • Monitor B2B marketing initiatives, sales performance, and return on investment, providing detailed reports and insights.
  • Present marketing performance data to leadership, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
  • Event & Trade Show Support :

  • Assist in organizing trade shows, industry events, and retail marketing activations.
  • Oversee logistics, promotional materials, and marketing efforts to ensure strong brand representation at events.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in retail or industrial sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing retail partnerships and working with online distributors.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and content development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity in developing engaging content tailored to a B2B audience.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
  • Knowledge of SEO / SEM best practices and digital advertising strategies.
