Position: Area Brand Ambassador
Location: Greater Tampa Bay Area, Sarasota, Orlando
Role Overview: The Area Brand Ambassador will play a vital role in driving sales and building brand awareness for Raining Berries. This position involves community marketing, establishing partnerships, attending local events, and promoting our catering services. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing individual with a passion for coffee and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility in the local community through outreach and engagement.
- Partnership Management: Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to create collaborative opportunities.
- Event Attendance: Represent Raining Berries at local events, festivals, and markets to promote our brand and offerings.
- Activations: Plan and execute creative customer engagement strategies based on trends, seasonality, holidays, etc.
- Sampling Events: Organize and execute sampling events to introduce potential customers to our products, gathering feedback and generating leads.
- Catering Promotion: Actively promote our catering services to local businesses, schools, and organizations, providing them with information and materials as needed.
- Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, highlighting events, promotions, and community involvement.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and track leads generated through community initiatives and events.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.Additional Tasks:
- Reporting: Track and report on community engagement efforts, sales generated, and partnership outcomes to evaluate effectiveness.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback from events and engagements to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Assist in training café staff on community engagement practices and brand messaging.
- Networking: Build a network of contacts within the local community to facilitate ongoing collaboration and brand promotion.
- Content Creation: Create flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials to be distributed in the community and at events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community engagement/brand ambassador roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Enthusiasm for coffee, healthy foods, and a passion for community engagement.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
