What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at RainMaster Lawn Systems?
RainMaster Lawn Systems started in 1999 installing sprinkler systems. Since then, we have grown in team size, expanded to a second location, and added fertilizing and commercial snow services. We continue to grow and provide a family friendly environment. We are looking to add an Inside Sales professional to our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming sales leads professionally & politely.
- Communicate with clients to strengthen relationships and increase satisfaction.
- Scout, uncover, and pursue new prospective clients that fit company objectives.
- Make sales calls to qualify and quantify client opportunities.
- Document all activities in CRM.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with a detailed work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.
- Ability to problem solve, analyze information, work in team environment and demonstrate professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
