What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Equipment Technician - Coil Coating position at Rainstamp Manufacturing?
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a hardworking dedicated person to come in at an expert level possessing skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical technician work. The perfect candidate will be able to take on the job training with our specific equipment used to apply paint coating to aluminum, and keep the machinery running safe and efficient. The technician will be able to :
- Work directly with other seasoned technicians and Plant Mechanic
- Learn the various operating components of the coil coating line machinery
- Learn to perform specific Preventative Maintenance actions
- Learn how to address breakdowns and what solutions are available to get the machinery up and running in a safe and timely manner
- Assist with all maintenance on machinery
- Provide support to other employees in area to operate in a safe and efficient manner

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb
Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday
Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Handle petty cash as needed
Any forklift experience a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: This crew rotates between days and nights every 6 weeks.
Days: M-Th 6 am-6 pm Some Fridays required
Nights: M- Th 6 pm-6 am Some Fridays required
Salary: $27.59/hr (base bonus), plus benefits too!
