Summary
The Customer Success Representative (CSR) position, is responsible for driving their prospective Solution Specialist (Outside Sales Person), and assisting in lead management and follow-up to successfully closing deals in the shortest time possible. The CSR will oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously and is responsible for initiating and maintaining the ultimate service experience for our customers, and assisting their team in converting leads into sales. This includes receiving the initial customer inquiry, scheduling leads, processing multiple tasks to increase the Solution Specialists’ opportunity to close the sale, following up on leads and logging customer communications in the CRM (Customer Resource Management system).
Essential Job Duties
- Work alongside the Customer Success Team to create the best environment to close as many deals as possible with integrity.
- Process incoming calls through the RainTech Lead Intake System.
- Perform daily tasks for jobs utilizing the companies CRM.
- Communicate with customers via email, text and phone.
- Help the customer get what they deserve, “The Very Best”.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for the team members.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Schedule appointments between the customer and Solution Specialist.
- Maintain their Solution Specialist’s google calendar.
- Update companies CRM daily based on communication with customers and the Customer Success Team.
- Support Solution Specialists with requests/needs while they are in the field.
- Coordinate virtual sales with customers not wishing to have an “in home” appointment.
- Attend company events, fairs and trade shows as assigned.
- Represent RainTech in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- All other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
