Job Qualifications For Teacher
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood or elementary education
- Missouri teaching certificate
- 2 years of teaching experience
- Reggio/constructivist training and/or experience
- Enthusiasm about the forest school model
- Master's degree in education or related field
- Change the world attitude ;-)
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support academic growth.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
- Support students' social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance.
