Rainwater, Holt & Sexton is accepting resumes for a Support Services Clerk to join us at our personal injury law firm in Memphis, Tennessee. Initially, this will be a part-time position, which will lead to full-time within approximately 6 months.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SUPPORT SERVICES
The Support Services department of RHS is one of the backbones of the firm. This team works hard every day to serve our staff and our clients by providing all courier services, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, stocking office supplies, stocking vending machines, moving furniture, and setting up workstations, general cleaning and taking care of our offices.
Though you are self-directed and able to work independently, you are also a team player who collaborates well with everyone at the firm to make things happen for our clients. No day is ever the same in this role, and every day is all hands on deck!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUPPORT SERVICES CLERK
- > 2 years of customer service experience
- > 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
- High aptitude for multi-tasking and drive for getting things taken care of
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
- The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service
