Position Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient care functions within Rainy Lake Medical Center, demonstrating advanced knowledge to manage patient care, operations, and assures that RLMC policies and procedures are followed in the absence of Executives and Directors. This leadership role includes responsibility for establishing meaningful communication systems, assuring effective resource management, and coordinating patient placement and care processes across multiple departments, supporting staff on day, night, and weekend shifts.
