Rairdon Auto Group is looking for candidates for F&I Manager positions from Sumner to Bellingham. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company. Experience does not mean automotive! We are searching for candidates looking to transition from sales to F&I. We will train you how to close deals, add-on beneficial products, while making sure all purchase and loan paperwork is precise and compliant. This opportunity is for candidates with retail/ fast paced work environment experience, that enjoy a fun culture with the ability to close deals precisely and in a timely manner, while generating great earning potential.
Commission pay: $60,000-$200,000/year

Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
- Manage deal flow and ensure timely processing to accounting offices
- Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork and contracts for automotive lease and loan financing
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Salesperson, F&I Manager, Sales Manager, Mortgage or Loan Office, or Financial Advisor is a plus (not required)
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
