Job Description
Our automotive service advisor is a point of contact between customers and mechanics who need vehicle repair or service. They communicate with customers to determine the problems, costs, and necessary services. They prepare and update repair orders, order parts, and advise customers on other available services. They also inspect the car’s condition, write repair orders, and sell new items/services.
Preferred Requirements for an Automotive Service Advisor:
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sales experience or proven CSE results
- Weekend Availability/Weekend day availability-Schedules may vary.
- 1 or more year of experience in the automotive field
- Proficiency with industry-specific software (Tekion, etc.)

Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
Commission Pay: $60K-$120K plus
