Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland is looking for driven and experienced candidates for Full-Time Automotive Technician/Mechanic (ASE Certification required/A B or C Level). $30.00 - $65.00 per hour flat rate DOE

Paid Time Off:

• All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
• Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Perform Journey level Maintenance and Repair work
• Multi Point Inspections are required on all vehicles in for service
• Use online resources to guide in diagnosis and repair
• Organize and maintain workload to meet promise times
• Maintain a clean work area, return customer vehicles in top condition
• Effectively communicate status of repairs and needed services with Advisor and Management
• Participate in a supportive Team environment that embraces the development of Junior Techs

Qualifications

• 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE/OEM Certifications Required
• B level qualifications or OEM certifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
