VEHICLE ACQUISITION MANAGER
Rairdon Fiat Maserati Alfa of Kirkland is looking for motivated and experienced candidates for a Full-Time Vehicle Acquisition Manager! We are looking for self-driven individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company. This unique opportunity focuses on buying vehicles from the customer!
About this Role
Our Vehicle Acquisition Managers play a key role in the success of the organization. In this role, you will be buying cars from individual clients which will in turn be sold at one of our 13 Rairdon locations. You will be provided with an abundance of warm leads for clients looking to sell their car. With excellent follow-up on these leads, our top earners are meeting with and closing 30 plus purchases each month. This opportunity is not only for those already in the auto industry. Experience with phone sales, lead management, customer service, and sales is a great fit!
-20 cars purchased= $400/car retro
-30 cars purchased= $500/car retro (potential $15k commission)
Responsibilities
- Purchase Used Vehicles from Consumers.
- Leads provided 750-1000 leads a month.
- Finalize paperwork once purchase is completed.
- Proven track record and/or ability to close at 7% to 8% of company provided leads.
Qualifications
- Energetic and driven
- Some knowledge about cars helpful
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
