We're looking for a Multi-Media Specialist to join our team in-house, serving Raise Up, BAC Transportation, and AMT (Alaska Medical Transportation). This role will be critical in creating high-quality, engaging visual content that drives brand growth, supports training initiatives, and captures the essence of our community and culture.

Qualification & Skill requirements :
Skills required to fulfill expected job duties including but not limited to :
Required Skills :
Proven expertise in photography, videography, and video editing.
Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and composition for professional media production.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and creative problem-solving skills

Job Location & Shift Description :
Work is performed on location and remotely in a team environment at the BAC Transportation Headquarters in Anchorage, Alaska. All BAC Transportation vehicles and buildings are tobacco-smoke-free. Shifts are 8 hours, 40 hours per week, and are scheduled within a 24-hour schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Training may be outside regular work hours and expected for employment.
