Account Executive - Remote
Our client is a well-established and growing regulatory affairs and compliance consultative services company specializing in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biologics, and we are looking for a Sales Closer. They are actively seeking a confident and driven Sales Closer to join their dynamic team as an Account Executive. Reporting directly to the President / CEO, this position plays a crucial role in supporting revenue growth and nurturing prospective buyers by interacting, guiding, and educating them through the closure of the sales process.
This role is ideal for someone who is results-oriented and a true go-getter.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key accounts and partners.
Execute long-term sales strategies with a strategic mindset.
Drive profitable growth through strong business acumen and financial literacy.
Establish and nurture positive business and customer relationships.
Manage prospects through the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Follow up diligently with potential clients and document interactions in CRM.
Educate prospects on our services from an expert perspective.
Collaborate with the team to enhance client service and address feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends and service offerings.
Ensure smooth transitions between programs and maintain effective communication.
Results Expected :
Accurate CRM documentation and client detail management.
Maintain a close rate of 60% for inbound applications monthly.
Consistent follow-up with qualified prospects.
Update sales stats sheet Monday through Friday by 7 pm EST.
Effective team communication and adherence to internal communication cycles.
Continued education and training on service offerings.
Requirements :
3–5 years of related experience in high-volume transactional sales for high-ticket offers.
Excellent communication skills over phone and video conference.
Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Strong presentation skills and openness to learning new sales processes.
Routine-driven, self-sufficient, and well-organized.
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain an observable pipeline.
Willingness to travel for business up to 40%.
