Account Maintenance Analyst - Advanced
Location : Minneapolis , Minnesota - (Onsite)
Contract Length : 6 Weeks.

Responsibilities :
Verify terms, amounts and instructions for draw requests during our promotion period. Process book keeping entries for transactions.
Review and open account requests from various capital markets business lines.
Maintain customer account information within Banking systems.
Maintain SSI information at the account level.
Provide a high level of customer service to the capital markets business units.
Review client data on account opening forms to ensure accurate and in order with area requirements.
Must have skills :
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Good customer service and ability to take inbound phone calls.
Nice to have skills :
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and telephony.
Prior experience in financial services is an asset.
Prior experience in documentation management is an asset.
Prior experience with broadridge systems is an asset.
