We are hiring! We are working with a multinational pipeline and energy client that is growing and adding a CCB Solution Architect to their team.

Pay Rate: $127.15/hour on W2

Work Type: Hybrid – Across USA

Duration: 1-year contract (with possible extension)

Job Overview:

• The Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing robust technical solutions for the Oracle CCB application.
• This role involves working closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure the Oracle CCB system meets business requirements and operates efficiently.
• The System Architect will drive the architectural design, integration, and optimization of the Oracle CCB system to support customer care and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design and Implementation:

• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the Oracle CCB system.
• Design scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure system architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Oversee the technical aspects of Oracle CCB projects, including design, development, and deployment.
• Mentor and support junior technical staff.

System Integration:

• Design and implement integrations between Oracle CCB and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
• Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to manage integration projects.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the Oracle CCB system.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization activities.
• Ensure the system is scalable and can handle increased loads efficiently.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive customer data.
• Ensure the Oracle CCB system complies with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Provide advanced technical support for the Oracle CCB system.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and problems efficiently.

Documentation and Training:

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for the Oracle CCB system architecture.
• Create and conduct training sessions for technical staff and end-users.
• Keep documentation up to date with system changes and enhancements.

Must Have Experience:

• Oracle CCB experience (most important)
• Utility background with Customer experience
• The ability to provide the leadership mindset to manage, with the technical skills to resolve issues when required.
• Experience with lift & shift M&A strategies as well as fit-gap assessments is ideal.
