Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer who can take ownership of the product vision, shape and grow the existing product team, and build the systems and processes necessary to manage the product roadmap. This role is part of the executive team and will play a critical role in the creation and execution of our overall vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the development and evolution of the product architecture
- Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap, incorporating input from Sales and Engineering
- Build, develop, and lead a capable team to execute on all product functions
- Select and implement the systems and processes needed to support product development
- Serve as the Chairperson of the Product Steering Committee
- Measure and report on progress with the development of the product platform
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and strategically
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field, with formal business education considered a significant advantage
- At least 10 years of experience in Product Management for software companies, with a preference for experience in later-stage startups
- Strong proficiency in software engineering methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

- A proven track record of innovation in the retail industry
