Our key client in clinical robotics is looking for additional members for their team. We have an Engineering Technician III on the team.
Rate : $33.00 / hour on W2
Work Type : Onsite – Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Duration : 12-month contract with possible extension
Job Overview :
- In this role, you will work as part of the Ion design engineering team to build, test, and maintain prototypes of robotic systems.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy, focused, small-team environment and be comfortable working with minimal supervision, and with minimal work instructions.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for early builds of engineering prototypes, including coordination of materials and development of build processes and fixtures required to complete builds.Troubleshoots, repairs, and upgrades engineering prototypes and lab systems.Independently prioritizes activities across multiple projects, coordinating with team members on requirements and deadlines for each task.Maintains lab spaces and equipment including ordering new equipment, ensuring supplies are stocked, and ensuring equipment is calibrated as needed.Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience with assembly and troubleshooting complex electromechanical systemsMinimum Education : High School DiplomaThorough knowledge of manufacturing techniques and best practices.
