Learning Administrator
Pay Rate : $25.00 / hour on W2
Location : Arlington, VA or Austin, TX
Contract Length : 12-month contract

As a Learning Administrator, you’ll use strong technical and interpersonal skills for supporting the delivery and coordination of annual company Learning and Development events, programs and projects.

Responsibilities
Perform all administrative and logistical tasks associated with the overall execution of the annual training plan, leadership programs and learning campaigns.
Responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes creating training sessions, managing training invites, maintaining learner registration, updating employee training records and distributing evaluation.
Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely creation of suppliers and processing of vendor payments.
Compile and develop reports as required - maintaining accurate training records, analyzing evaluation data and monitoring costs.
Assist with creation and distribution of tutorials to promote various features of the Learning Management System.
Assist with creation and distribution of quarterly learning newsletter for all employees in North America.
Support the mentoring program by ensuring the system is up to date with active employees and sending out timely communication for monthly matches.
Create and update learning curriculums and materials in the LMS and assign to appropriate employee population.
Distribute learner feedback survey after each session and follow up with learners to improve response rate.
Manage the central mailbox for the Learning team and be the first point of contact for all general learning and development inquiries.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Minimum Requirements :
One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is a must have.
Experience with Cornerstone learning management system
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills required, with the ability to deal with tact and diplomacy with all levels of the organization.
Strong orientation towards positive customer experience.
Able to work independently and resourcefully within tight schedules.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and learning management systems required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Skills in visual arts such as graphic design, tools such as Photoshop, illustrator, etc.
