Supply Chain Specialist - III

Location : Alberta

Contract Duration : 6 months

Specific Job Responsibilities :

Sends out requests for quotes to suppliers to support non-GMP / GMP operations.
Obtains documentation from suppliers as required.
Generates purchase requisitions and purchases orders within ERP systems.
Troubleshoots invoicing issues.
Onboarding of new suppliers.
Maintains and updates supplier information.
Provides support for ERP system procurement issues with user group.
Arranges transportation for incoming materials.
Planning and Operations experience.

Basic Requirements :

4 years of relevant experience

Post secondary education.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing experience with an ERP system (SAP and Oracle) Commodity experience.

Post Secondary Education in appropriate field including business, Supply Chain designation, is an asset.

2 years Prior Industrial Experience
