We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to support the execution and optimization of our affiliate marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid foundation in partnership marketing, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with affiliate platforms.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring the growth of revenue and customer acquisition through our affiliate network.
Actively recruit new affiliate partners and build strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Impact, and Looker to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and identify opportunities for optimization.
Track campaign metrics, report on pacing, and provide projections to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of assets for affiliate campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and apply knowledge to refine partnership strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
1-3 years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, G Suite, Looker / Tableau, and HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build and maintain affiliate relationships.
Experience managing campaign metrics, reporting on pacing, and providing projections to ensure campaigns are on track.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
