Your Responsibilities
- Job in New York City, NY. Allows periodic telecommuting within NY metropolitan area.
- Manage engineering team to ensure successful of the development of backlog features and on-going technical support of Raisin’s savings marketplace platform.
- Review data to identify new strategic business opportunities.
- Lead market analysis of customer onboarding funnel to improve overall customer service.
- Perform cross-functional alignment with data analytics to enhance new customer enrollment.
