Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Branded Materials Manager will support the Branded Materials Senior Manager in leading the company's printed materials program. This includes managing projects such as employee recognition materials, marketing campaigns, ad-hoc marketing requests, print-on-demand items, training materials, operational materials, gift cards, and branded supplies. The ideal candidate will comfortably advise internal stakeholders on planning and procuring these items. Key responsibilities include sourcing, vendor management, establishing a competitive bidding landscape, ensuring product quality, and maintaining product inventory levels.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
• Reviews historical usage, forecasts future needs, and evaluates production cost breaks to place replenishment orders
• Advises internal stakeholders as the subject matter expert on item usage, production lead times, cost, and production efficiency
• Develops and enforces an annual calendar of events with timelines for the development and production of items across departments
• Oversees all aspects of the production timeline, including ideation, cost approval, sample creation, production planning, distribution, and inventory availability
• Ensures items are made available on the internal B2B site promptly by gathering, reviewing, testing, and approving item images, descriptions, and site functionality
• Directs website classifications, order placement, and consistently improves the user experience
• Builds and maintains relationships with Raising Cane's internal teams and external partners and suppliers
• Develops and utilizes tools to monitor supplier performance and ensures adherence to predetermined service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborates with the Branded Materials Team, providing advice and support as needed
Requirements for Success:
• Over 2 years of experience in print procurement and print project management
• Extensive knowledge of multiple printing processes, with the ability to research and stay updated on new technologies and trends
• Familiarity with Asana project management is a bonus
• Skilled in conducting analytics, balancing cost with timelines and real-world constraints
• Enjoys building relationships with partners and advising internal stakeholders on industry best practices and efficiencies
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Microsoft Proficient: PowerPoint, Outlook and Word, with extensive knowledge in Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
