Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining operational excellence and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws
- Hiring and terminating management-level crewmembers and managing payroll processes
- Creating work schedules and training plans for crewmembers
- Developing management-level crewmembers through performance management and coaching
- Acting as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and managing cash handling
- Monitoring profit and loss statements and developing strategies to improve financial performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology systems
