Your Role at Raising Canes :
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining learning and development documentation to support compliance and crew standards programs, initiatives and projects. This role will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning tools for a broad range of audiences, including front-line crewmembers, managers and those working at our Restaurant Support Office.
Responsibilities :
Your Impact and Responsibilities :
- Applies instructional design techniques to develop best in class training materials
- Defines learning objectives based on requirements and using sound instructional design expertise
- Develops new learning courseware using blended learning solutions with a creative approach to design
- Establishes and executes project plans to successfully deliver projects on-time and within budget
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure quality and accuracy of content
- Maintains and updates existing content
- Acts as internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to training issues relating to assigned program or section area
- Serves as an innovative expert for training systems and tools, staying current of trends and providing direction and assistance on the development of new and effective ways to train
