Shift Notes: 3*12 = 36 hours guaranteed

Pay Details:

For Travelers/Stipend: **

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $45.00

Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $1,620.00

Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $14.00

Minimum Hourly Stipend: $31.00

Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $504.00

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,116.00

OR

For 1099 Traveler Candidates:

Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $47.00

Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $1,692.00

Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. LPNs are essential members of healthcare teams, delivering compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
• Assist with patient assessments and collaborate in developing care plans
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing interventions
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum, 3 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution
• LPN in state of Colorado
• IV certification preferred for LPN's.
• current BLS certification
• 2 Supervisory references, taken within the last two years
• Covid vaccine - required/ religious exemptions not accepted by the facility
• Driver's License

Notes:

Housing Reimbursement Information - at the end of the successfully completed assignment, the traveler can submit receipts for the cost of their housing in the Gunnison Valley for repayment of up to $600 per month for the length of the assignment.

Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
