• Job Title: LPN
• Location: St Albans, VT
• Duration: 14 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
• Shift: 7pm – 7:30am
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
• Overtime Starts after: 40 hours

Note: OT not guaranteed

Every Other weekend required

Schedule: two 7p-730a & two 3-11:30p

Pay Details:

For Travellers/Stipend Candidates:

• Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $50.00
• Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,000.00
• Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $19.00
• Minimum Hourly Stipend: $31.00
• Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $760.00
• Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,240.00

OR

For Traveller 1099 Candidates:

• Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $52.00
• Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,080.00

Duties

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• State LPN License or Compact License
• BLS – AHA
• COVID-19 Vaccine
