Job Title: LPN Unit Manager
Location: Falmouth, ME
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hr
Overtime Starts after: 40 hr
Pay Details:
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates:
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $67.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,680.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $30.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,200.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,480.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $70.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,800.00

BLS
