- Job Title: Phlebotomist - Traveler
- Location: Tow Harbors, MN 55616
- Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
- Shift: Primary needs shift will be 0900-1730 M-F, but hours can be starting 0600-1000, ending 1430-1800.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Overtime Starts After: 40 hours
Pay Details:
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates:
- Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $40.00
- Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,600.00
- Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $12.00
- Minimum Hourly Stipend: $28.00
- Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $480.00
- Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,120.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
- Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: 41.00
- Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,640.00
Requirements:
- Education: Graduated from accredited phlebotomy program.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Six (6) months phlebotomy experience.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Phlebotomy certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathology or equivalent agency.
