• Job Title: LPN
• Location: Windsor, VT
• Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
• Shift: 12 Hours 7pm – 7am
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
• Overtime Starts after: 40 hours
• Every Other Weekend and Holiday required if needed

Note: Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need

Pay Details:

For Travellers/Stipend Candidates:

• Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $45.00
• Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,620.00
• Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $12.00
• Minimum Hourly Stipend: $33.00
• Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $432.00
• Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,188.00

OR

For Traveller 1099 Candidates:

• Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $46.50
• Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,674.00

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Support patients in various settings such as long-term care, outpatient clinics, and behavioral health facilities
• Perform sterile processing, suture removal, and medical imaging procedures
• Offer health coaching to patients for improved wellness outcomes
• Specialize in infant care and have experience working with children

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years recent experience - Required
• CERNER EMR experience – Required
• Travel experience - Preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• State LPN License or Compact License
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• COVID-19 Vaccine
