Job Title: Director of Nursing
Location: Fairmont, WV
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hr
Overtime Starts after: 40 hr
Pay Details:
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates:
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $69.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,760.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $38.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,520.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,240.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $75.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $3,000.00

DON/ADON Experience
BLS
