Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process and

accomplishes indirect patient / office related work in accordance with the policies and

procedures of the Home Health Department.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in Home Health Nursing. Knowledge of Home Health compliance.
  • Knowledge of patient management and techniques for physical intervention.
  • Satisfactorily completed the hospital orientation program, meet additional credentials for  special care unit as indicated in skills checklist.

Submission Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience - Required
  • Recent traveler experience -  highly preferred
  • Reliable transportation - Required

  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
  • Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH - Preferred)
  • Candidates' Permanent Address  (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)

    Shift Times : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

    Hours / Day : 8 hours

    Shift Notes :

  • 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday (8 Hour Days)
  • 24 Hour Guarantee

    • Weekend Requirements : For Call

    On Call Requirements : 1 - 2 Weekends / Month
