Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant
Location: Nichols St, Rutland, VT 05701
Duration: 9-Week Contract
Shift: 2:00PM – 10:00PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Pay Details:
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility) (If 40 Hours per week is achieved):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $31.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,240.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $15.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $600.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $640.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $32.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,280.00
Licenses:
- Active CNA License in the State of Vermont/Compact allowed.
- BLS Certification.
Skills Required:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Measure and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as needed.
- Recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately, including CPR and first aid if certified.
- Clearly and professionally communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Assist with walking, repositioning, and using assistive devices like wheelchairs or walkers.
- Accurately record patient conditions, changes, and care activities for the healthcare team.
