Duration: 13-Week Contract (With possibility of extension)
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 38

Pay Rate:

For Local Candidates: $25-$27/hour (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate:      $28.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:  $1,064.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:    $8.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):  $304.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):    $760.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $29.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:        $1,102.00

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in a long-term care facility. The LNA will provide essential care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and working collaboratively with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Other Skills Required:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring, repositioning, and walking support.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and ensuring proper hydration and nutrition for residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by changing linens, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring resident areas are tidy.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their quality of life.
• Follow care plans and communicate any concerns or changes in resident conditions to nurses or supervisors

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (AHA).
• Active CNA License for the state of New Hampshire.
